These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ramakoti Notebook App mobile application (the "Service") operated by Spark Triangle LLC, doing business as Ramakoti Notebook App ("we," "our," or "us"). Please read these Terms carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, downloading, installing, or using the Ramakoti App , you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Ramakoti App is a mobile application that provides:

• A digital platform to practice Likhita Japa (writing Rama nama)
• Support for writing in 5 languages: Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, and English
• Progress tracking and statistics
• A spiritual companion for your devotional practice

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

3.2 Account Security

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

4. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
