We respect the copyrights of third parties. If you believe that content available through the Ramakoti App infringes your copyright, please follow the procedures outlined in this policy.

1.3 User Content

Users retain ownership of content they create using the App. However, by using the App, users grant Spark Triangle LLC a license to use, store, and process their content as described in our Terms of Service and End User License Agreement.

2. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content available through the Ramakoti App infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our Designated Agent. We will respond to valid DMCA notices in accordance with the DMCA.

3. DMCA Takedown Notice Requirements

To be valid under the DMCA, your takedown notice must include all of the following information:

4. Designated Agent Information

DMCA takedown notices must be sent to our Designated Agent:

5. Our Response to Takedown Notices

5.1 Review Process

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:

1. Review the notice for completeness and validity
2. Verify that the notice contains all required information
3. Identify the allegedly infringing material
4. Take appropriate action in accordance with the DMCA

5.2 Actions We May Take

If we determine that a notice is valid, we may:

• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
• Notify the user who posted the material
• Provide the user with a copy of the takedown notice
• Inform the user of their right to submit a counter-notification
• Terminate repeat infringers' accounts in accordance with our policy

5.3 Response Timeline

We will respond to valid DMCA takedown notices within 10 business days. If we need additional information, we will contact you within that timeframe.

6. Counter-Notification Process

6.1 Right to Counter-Notify

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Designated Agent.

6.2 Counter-Notification Requirements

A valid counter-notification must include:

1. Physical or Electronic Signature: Your signature
2. Identification of Removed Material: Description of the material that was removed and its location before removal
3. Good Faith Statement: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
4. Consent to Jurisdiction: Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or if outside the US, consent to jurisdiction in the United States)
5. Contact Information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address

6.3 Counter-Notification Process

After receiving a valid counter-notification:

1. We will forward the counter-notification to the original complainant
2. We will inform the complainant that we may restore the material within 10 business days
3. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10 business days, we may restore the material
4. If the complainant files a court action, we will not restore the material until the dispute is resolved

7. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA, Spark Triangle LLC maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers.

7.1 Definition of Repeat Infringer

A user may be considered a repeat infringer if:

• They have received multiple valid DMCA takedown notices
• They have been notified of copyright infringement on multiple occasions
• They continue to post infringing material after receiving warnings

7.2 Termination Process

If we determine that a user is a repeat infringer, we may terminate their account and access to the Ramakoti App in accordance with our Account Termination Policy.

8. False Claims

The DMCA provides penalties for submitting false or fraudulent takedown notices. If you knowingly misrepresent that material is infringing, you may be liable for:

• Damages, including costs and attorneys' fees
• Criminal penalties for perjury
• Liability to the alleged infringer

9. User Content Licensing

By using the Ramakoti App, users grant Spark Triangle LLC a limited license to use, store, and process their content as necessary to provide the App's services. This license is described in detail in our:

Users retain ownership of their content and are responsible for ensuring they have the right to post any content they create or upload.
