• Post content that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
• Post content that contains hate speech or incites violence
• Post content that is pornographic, obscene, or sexually explicit
• Post content that exploits or harms minors

1.3 Security Violations

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, servers, networks, or other users' accounts
• Interfere with, disrupt, or damage the App's functionality, servers, or networks
• Use automated scripts, bots, crawlers, or other automated means to access the App
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Introduce viruses, malware, trojans, or other harmful code
• Engage in denial-of-service attacks or other activities that disrupt service

1.4 Impersonation and Fraud

• Impersonate any person, entity, or organization
• Create fake accounts or profiles
• Engage in identity theft or fraud
• Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or credentials
• Use another person's account without authorization

1.5 Commercial Activities

• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent
• Advertise, promote, or sell products or services
• Engage in spam, phishing, or unsolicited communications
• Collect or harvest user information for commercial purposes
• Use the App to compete with our services

1.6 System Abuse

• Overload or overwhelm the App's infrastructure
• Use the App in a manner that degrades performance for other users
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or policies
• Manipulate or exploit the App's features or functionality
• Use the App in ways that violate our technical limitations

2. Content Standards

2.1 Prohibited Content

You may not post, upload, or transmit content that:

• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringes upon intellectual property rights (copyrights, trademarks, patents, etc.)
• Is defamatory, libelous, or slanderous
• Is harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing

• Is spam, phishing, or unsolicited commercial content

2.2 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content you create, upload, or transmit using the App. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to post such content and that it does not violate this Policy or any applicable laws.

3. User Conduct Requirements

You agree to:

• Use the App in a manner consistent with its intended purpose
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• Not sharing your account with others
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• All activities that occur under your account

4. Security and System Integrity

You agree NOT to:

• Interfere with the App's operation or performance
• Use automated tools to access or interact with the App
• Introduce malicious code or software
• Engage in activities that could damage or disrupt the App
• Test or probe for vulnerabilities without authorization

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Respect for IP Rights

You agree to:

• Respect the intellectual property rights of Spark Triangle LLC and third parties
• Not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works of the App without authorization
• Not use our trademarks, logos, or branding without permission
• Only post content you have the right to post

If you believe your copyright has been infringed, please follow our DMCA & Copyright Policy to report the infringement.

Violations of this Policy may result in:

• Temporary Suspension: Temporary suspension of account access
• Permanent Termination: Permanent termination of account and access
• Legal Action: Referral to law enforcement or legal proceedings

When determining enforcement actions, we consider:

• The severity and nature of the violation
• Whether the violation was intentional or accidental
• History of previous violations
• Impact on other users or the App
• Whether the violation was reported by others
